friendly staff helpful staff terrace lunch excellent coffee

The staff were very friendly and helpful. i had lunch on the terrace overlooking parliament and the canal. the coffee at the cafe was excellent. It was a good blend! the concierge staff seemed knowledgeable.

the valet parking had a long wait time, though i understand it gets busy.

the room offered parliament views! the decor was modern and sophisticated. there were large, comfortable beds and well-lit spaces with big windows, though the blackout curtains could have been better, as street lights were quite bright.

clean pool friendly staff provided towel slow service low quality bed unavailable menu

the pool area was very clean. it was quite enjoyable. towels were provided upon arrival at the pool , which was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the service at dinner was slower than i expected. i found the bed and pillows to be of a lower quality. the golden latte was not available at the cafe , as the website showed.

Excellent Service and Historic Charm

efficient parking unique history downtown attractions

The valet service impressed me greatly. Staff handled parking efficiently. The hotel has a unique history. It is also close to downtown attractions. The location makes it easy to walk to various sites.

I found the blanket in the room to be quite thin. It was not warm enough for the winter weather. The bathtub drain also did not seal correctly. This made taking a bath difficult.

great service dining option convenient location

the staff provided great service. i liked the dining options available. the location near the market was very convenient. the architecture impressed me, though door frames could use touch ups.

the walls seemed paper thin so i could hear conversations in the next room.
